    No Video Feed

    This is often due to a loose cable or a faulty camera. Start by checking all the connections, and try swapping out the cables or the camera itself to isolate the issue.

    Black Screen

    This typically points to a power failure or a damaged video output port—test the system with a different power adapter or try connecting the camera to another port.

    Blurry Image

    A blurry image is usually caused by a dirty lens or poor focus. Clean the lens and adjust the focus or zoom to resolve the issue.

    Night Vision Not Working

    The infrared (IR) LEDs might be faulty or not receiving power. Inspect them at night to see if they glow red (if applicable), and replace the camera if necessary.

    DVR/NVR Not Detecting Camera

    This may be due to an incompatible signal format or incorrect input port. Make sure the camera and recording device are compatible (e.g., AHD, TVI, CVI) and that their resolution settings match.

    Remote Access Fails

    Common causes include incorrect IP settings or blocked router ports. Confirm the IP configuration and enable UPnP or manually set up port forwarding.

    Video Playback Missing

    This could indicate that the hard disk drive (HDD) is not installed, has failed, or hasn’t been formatted. Reinstall or format the HDD and check for hardware issues.

    Motion Detection Not Working

    The problem may lie in the detection zone or sensitivity settings. Adjust the detection area and increase the sensitivity level to ensure motion is properly recorded.
